Aplazan resolución sobre posible juicio al comisionado del Instituto de Migración de México por el mortal incendio en centro de migrantes de Ciudad Juárez (CNN Español) — Un juez del Centro de Justicia Penal federal de Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, aplazó para el próximo domingo la resolución de si se someterá o no a juicio al comisionado del Instituto Nacional de Migración (INM), Francisco Garduño Yáñez, por su posible responsabilidad en el incendio que dejó 40 personas muertas en un centro del organismo.En la próxima audiencia, el juez Víctor Manlio Hernández Calderón deberá decidir si Garduño podría ser imputado del delito de ejercicio ilícito del servicio público, y si se le formularán cargos por fallar en su responsabilidad de proteger a las personas que estaban bajo la custodia de INM, como lo acusa la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR).
